much will my appraisal cost?
Many factors are evaluated in determining the cost of an appraisal.
We will look at the scope of the work, type of report that will
be required and the complexity of the report. A few other items
to consider are geographic location of property and the time required
to complete report. We will always give you an exact fee prior to
starting your appraisal.

We appraise commercial real estate properties which include: retail
(shopping centers, single-tenant net-leased) office, industrial,
automotive, medical buildings, vacant land (retail pad, residential
subdivisions) and many more.

type of services do you provide?
Our primary service is to provide an accurate valuation appraisal
of your commercial real estate property. We can also offer a market
analysis for current or potential purchases. Let us know what your

is your typical turnaround time to receive a completed appraisal
assignment?
You can expect to receive a high quality, accurate appraisal report
within 2-4 weeks. An exact date will be determined after receiving
a signed contract.

what geographical areas do you provide service?
Our primary area of service is the Denver Metro Region, but we have
done reports for the entire state of Colorado, including many mountain
communities. Our company has also completed appraisals in ten other
states, as well. We always contact local real estate brokers to
get their input on the area and get feedback concerning the property
we are appraising.
